1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms govern access to [INSERT WEBSITE URL] and the purchase or use of products, programs, memberships, events and services supplied by Church of Channeling and Spiritual Healing Limited. By using the website, creating an account, registering, donating, purchasing or participating, you agree to these Terms and the applicable program description.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must provide accurate and current information.
  • You are responsible for protecting login details and for activity conducted through your account.
  • Accounts and access rights are personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred without written permission.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase unless a parent or legal guardian purchases on your behalf.

3. Religious programs and services

Offerings may include online courses, recorded teachings, live sessions, ceremonies, retreats, memberships, donations, spiritual counselling, publications and community activities. The precise content, duration, format, prerequisites, inclusions and price are stated on the relevant sales or registration page.

We may make reasonable changes to schedules, teachers, delivery methods or program sequencing. If a material change significantly reduces what was purchased, remedies will be provided as required by law and our Refund Policy.

4. Fees, donations and taxes

A payment made in exchange for a specified product, program, membership, ticket or service is a fee and not a donation, even if the activity supports the Church’s charitable purposes.

A genuine donation is voluntary and does not purchase a materially equivalent benefit. Tax deductibility is not represented unless expressly confirmed in writing. The Church is not responsible for the donor’s tax position.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. You are responsible for bank charges, foreign exchange costs and taxes imposed by your jurisdiction, except where the Church is legally required to collect them.

5. Payment plans and subscriptions

  • A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full stated price, not a month-to-month subscription, unless the offer expressly says otherwise.
  • Subscription or membership charges recur at the disclosed interval until cancelled.
  • Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges or amounts already due.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, suspend access and recover reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law.
  • We will provide any legally required renewal, cancellation or pricing notice.

6. Digital access and technical requirements

You are responsible for compatible devices, internet access, software and email access. Temporary interruptions may occur. We will use reasonable care to restore access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Access periods are stated on the relevant offer. “Lifetime access” means access for the commercial life of the relevant hosted product or platform, not the lifetime of the purchaser, and remains subject to these Terms and applicable law.

7. Acceptable use and community conduct

  • Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or exploit another person.
  • Do not present yourself as a minister, healer, representative or authorised teacher of the Church without written authority.
  • Do not record private sessions or other participants without permission.
  • Do not distribute unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative or privacy-invasive material.
  • Do not interfere with website security, scrape content, share credentials or circumvent access controls.
  • Follow facilitator instructions and the Church’s Code of Conduct, safety rules and child-safety requirements.

We may moderate content, remove a participant or suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, protection of intellectual property or community integrity. Where a paid service is terminated, any refund will be determined under applicable law and the Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all course materials, recordings, texts, graphics, rituals, teaching frameworks, trademarks, downloads and website content are owned by or licensed to the Church.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use purchased materials for your own private spiritual and educational use. You must not reproduce, publish, teach, sell, sublicense, translate, adapt, upload, distribute or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Nothing prevents fair dealing or another use permitted by law.

9. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the Church a non-exclusive licence to host, store and display it only as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant service. We will not use a private spiritual disclosure as advertising without separate permission.

10. Photography, recordings and media

A general event notice does not by itself authorise unrestricted promotional use of an identifiable person. Where we wish to use your identifiable image, voice, story or testimonial for promotion, we will obtain consent appropriate to the circumstances. Crowd and background footage may be captured where lawful and reasonably expected, subject to available opt-out procedures.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sensitive information, including health or spiritual-care information, will be collected only where reasonably necessary and with appropriate consent or another lawful basis.

12. Consumer guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Disclaimers

The Disclaimer and Liability Notice forms part of these Terms. Spiritual services are not represented as medical, psychological, legal, migration or financial services.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful conduct, safety risk, misuse of confidential material or infringement of intellectual property. We will act reasonably and comply with mandatory consumer rights.

15. Events and force majeure

Events may be rescheduled, relocated, moved online or cancelled because of illness, venue problems, safety concerns, natural disasters, government action, travel disruption, platform failure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Your remedies will be determined by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Before commencing proceedings, each party should first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice and reasonable discussion. This clause does not prevent a consumer from using a regulator, tribunal, court or dispute process available under mandatory law.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be published with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, notified directly. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
